We at InStyle Diamonds are a professional company that provides fast and free shipping on all orders (regardless of size) within the United States. You can be confident that all of our merchandise is insured and securely packaged when shipped. And we guarantee to provide exceptional service to all our clients because we aim to satisfy our customers.

Method of Shipping

All of our merchandise that is greater or equivalent to $1000 is shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail™. However, our company also provides the option of sending packages by FedEx (Two Day Saver) upon a customers request. This method of shipping also applies to loose diamonds, custom-made orders, and other jewelry. In order to track the order status, please contact us by phone or email.

Shipping Protection

Feel confident in buying diamonds and jewelry from Instyle Diamonds. We at InStyle Diamonds always insure and register every product to its full value. And to ensure added customer protection, we only ship to billing/home addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Box numbers. However, we can send packages to an alternate shipping address once we have confirmed the address of its validity. Each of our shipped items requires that an adult signs for the package in order to ensure that the order has been safely received.

Lifetime Maintenance

Because we pride ourselves on developing a strong relationship with each of our customers, we enjoy pleasing each of our customers. For every purchase made on any jewelry, InStyle Diamonds will provide lifetime maintenance of jewelry cleaning, rhodium plating, polishing, prong tightening, and resizing on rings (that are platinum, yellow gold, and white gold) at no additional cost. We take pleasure in helping every customer.

One Year Warranty

Because our company sells only the finest quality jewelry with superb craftsmanship, we are confident that our jewelry will be to your maximum satisfaction. Prior to shipping all our merchandise has been closely inspected for any defects. However, if for any reason, any of the side stones fall out of a piece of jewelry, we will replace the stones at no added cost for up to one year. However, all custom-design orders have a lifetime warranty on side stone replacements.

We at Instyle Diamonds pride ourselves on giving exceptional merchandise with the utmost professionalism. We make sure that all our products are of high quality and to your satisfaction. However, if for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise within 30 days of the shipping date to receive a full refund or exchange.

Returning Merchandise

In terms of returning merchandise, please call to inquire about the return procedures. Items that are sent to our office without informing our company prior to shipment will be refused a refund. Below are the steps to follow for returning merchandise:

  1. Call and arrange a shipping method with our company. Only items that fall within the 30 day policy can be returned our exchanged.
  2. Once you have verified the shipping with our staff, make sure the package is well-wrapped in a cardboard box that can be purchased at any postal service. In addition, make sure to include the merchandise, original receipt, and other accompanying documents (diamond certificates, etc.).
  3. Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™ (make sure the merchandise is insured for the total value) and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipped merchandise has reached our company (If planning on shipping through FedEx® and UPS®, they will not insure merchandise over $500).
  4. Please note that higher value returns (orders over $25,000) require special arrangements for shipping. Therefore, we recommend that you contact one of our representatives at InStyle to receive assistance. Our staff will suggest the best shipping method for returns.
  5. We are not held liable for any losses or damages made on returns. Therefore, we highly recommend that you insure your package.
  6. Once packaged, make sure to write out the return address to:

  1. For further protection, do not write out InStyle Diamonds on the package. Instead, abbreviate the word diamonds with D.
  2. Once we have received the package and the merchandise has been properly inspected, refunds and exchanges will be processed within a few business days by original payment. Forms of payment include crediting back into a customer’s credit card or debit card account and through wire transfer that will be refunded through a company check.
  3. In terms of exchanges, as long as the returned package is received within 30 business days from the shipping date, customers can exchange with any other jewelry at any value. However, customers that want to exchange for jewelry that is priced at a higher value must pay the difference and jewelry priced lower will be credited back the remaining amount.

These instructions must be accurately followed. Failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return.

InStyle Diamonds is not held responsible for any loss or damages on return shipments. Our company is held liable only for jewelry that has been purchased from our company, we are not responsible for any jewelry that has been repaired at another company.
